CFR Part 92; 17 F. R. 7999 are hereby amended in the following respects:
1. The text following the headnote of paragraph a of 92.5 is designated as subparagraph 1 of paragraph a of said section.
2. New subparagraphs 2 and 3
are added to paragraph a of 92.5 to read as follows:
as scrapie has not existed in any dis trict ip which such sheep or goats were located during the three years immedi ately prior to shipment to the United States; and iv that each of such anijnals is not the progeny of a sire or dam that has been affected with scrapie.
