At a session of the Interstate Com merce Commission, Division 3, held at its office in Washington, D. C., on the 21st day of October 1952.
It appearing, that pursuant to the Transportation of Explosives Act of March 4, 1921 41 Stat. 1444, sections 831-835 of Title 18 of the United States Code approved June 25, 1948, and Part n of the Interstate Commerce Act, as amended, the Commission has hereto fore formulated and published certain regulations for the transportation of ex plosives and other dangerous articles.
