For the purpose of Title I of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, as amended, average values of efficient family-type farm-management units and investment limits for the counties identified below are determined to be as herein set forth. The average values and investment liimts heretofore estab lished for said counties, which appear in the tabulations of average values and investment limits under 311.30, Chap ter III, Title 6 of the Code of Federal Regulations, are hereby superseded by the average values and investment limits set forth below for said counties.
