1. Section 27.2 of Title 6, Code of Fed eral Regulations, is hereby amended to read as follows:
27.2 Reamortization of loan fees.
Applicants for reamortization.of Federal Land Bank loans and Land Bank Com missioner loans will not be required to pay a reamortization fee; however, such applicants will be obligated to pay actual cash outlays incident to the reamortiza tion, such as abstract expense, recording fees, notarial fees and other similar expenditures.
