30.201 Accrual of annual leave.
Annual leave shall accrue and be cred ited to employees as follows:
a Full-tim e employees. 1 Per manent full-time employees shall earn and be credited with annual leave of twenty-six days for each calendar year.
The total credit for a calendar year may be given at the beginning of the calendar year in which it accrues, or it may be given at the rate of one day per bi weekly pay period: Provided, That the credit equals twenty-six days for a full calendar year of service. In computing annual leave accruals for less than a com plete bi-weekly pay period, the table given below will govern in determining leave accruals for basic eight-hour work days in five-day work weeks. Fractions of work days shall be disregarded.
