2 The prorate base of each handler who has made application therefor, as provided in the said amended marketing agreement and order, is hereby fixed in accordance with the prorate base sched ule which is attached to Lemon Regula tion 314 14 F. R. 1705, and made a part hereof by this reference.
3 As used in this section, handled, handler, carloads, prorate base, District 1, and District 2 shall have the same meaning as is given to each such term in the said amended market ing agreement and order. 48 Stat. 31, as amended; 7 U. S. C. 601 et seq.
