By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 4 of the Air Commerce Act, approved May 20,1926 44 Stat. 570 ; 49
V. 8. C. 174, and by section 44 of the Criminal Code, as amended 18 U. S. C.
96, the following-designated naval air space reservation and naval defensive sea area are hereby discontinued:
1. Palmyra Island Naval Airspace Res ervation, established by Executive Order No. 8682 of February 14,1941.
2. Palmyra Island Naval Defensive Sea Area, established by Executive Order No.
8682 of February 14, 1941.
