Section 521.12, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
i 521.12 Approval of application.
Upon approval of an application, accept ance of the mortgage for insurance will be evidenced by the issuance of a commit ment setting forth, upon a form pre scribed by the Administrator, the terms and conditions upon which the mortgage will be insured.
