IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Consumer Affairs and Ariva Inc., 69 East 167th Street, Bronx, NY
10452, for the provision of the Ready to Rent program, which seeks to help New York City residents increase their awareness of and access to affordable housing. The term of this contract shall be from July 1, 2018
to June 30, 2019. The contract amount will be $230,000.00.
