percent, the all-others rate established in the LTFV investigation.11 These deposit requirements, when imposed, shall remain in effect until further notice.
Notification to Importers This notice serves as a final reminder to importers of their responsibility under 19 CFR 351.402f2 to file a certificate regarding the reimbursement of antidumping duties prior to liquidation of the relevant entries during this review period. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in Commerces presumption that reimbursement of antidumping duties occurred and the subsequent assessment of double antidumping duties.
Administrative Protective Order This notice also serves as a reminder to parties subject to administrative protective order APO of their responsibility concerning the disposition of proprietary information disclosed under APO in accordance with 19 CFR 351.305a3, which continues to govern business proprietary information in this segment of the proceeding. Timely written notification of return/destruction of APO materials or conversion to judicial protective order is hereby requested.
Failure to comply with the regulations and the terms of an APO is a sanctionable violation.
Notification to Interested Parties We are issuing and publishing this notice in accordance with sections 751a1 and 777i1 of the Act, and 19
CFR 351.221b5.

Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review, Rescission in Part, and Intent To Rescind in Part; 2019

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to SRF Limited/SRF Limited of India SRF, a producer and exporter of polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip PET film from India.
The period of review is January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Background On July 1, 2002, Commerce published in the Federal Register the countervailing duty CVD order on PET
film from India.1 On September 3, 2020, Commerce published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the Order.2 On February 25, 2021, Commerce extended the deadline for the preliminary results of this review to no later than July 30, 2021.3 For a complete description of the events that followed the initiation of this review, see the Preliminary Decision Memorandum.4
