By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Renegotiation Act of 1951, 65 Stat. 7, as amended, hereinafter re ferred to as the Act, and as President of the United States, it is ordered as follows:
S ection 1. The Federal Facilities Cor poration; which exercises functions hav ing a direct and immediate connection with the national defense, is hereby des ignated, pursuant to subsection a of section 103 of the Act, as an agency included within the definition of the term Department for the purposes of Title I of the Act.
