On June 30, 1950 a notice of proposed rule making was published in the F ed eral R egister 15 F. R. 4195 regarding the issuance of proposed United States Standards for Grades of Frozen Concen trated Blended Grapefruit Juice and Orange Juice. After consideration of all relevant matters presented, including the proposals set forth in the aforesaid no tice, the following United States Stand ards for Grades of Frozen Concentrated Blended Grapefruit Juice and Orange Juice are hereby promulgated under the authority contained in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 60 Stat. 1087; 7

52.375 Frozen concentrated "blended Grapefruit juice and orange juice.
Frozen concentrated blended grapefruit juice and orange juice is the frozeh prod uct prepared from a combination of con centrated, unfermented juices obtained from sound, mature grapefruit Citrus paradisi and from sound, mature fruit Ox the sweet orange group Citrus sinen sis and Mandarin group Citrus reticu lata, except tangerines.
