ORDER SUSPENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Agree ment Act of 1937 7 U. S. C., 601 et seq., hereinafter referred to as the act,,r and of the order, as amended, regulating the handling of milk in the Greater Boston, Massachusetts, marketing area, herein after referred to as the order, it is hereby found and determined that:
1. Subdivisions i, and the figure or price 4.77, do not tend to effectuate the declared policy of -the act with respect to all milk subject tó the provisions of the order during the month of March 1947; and 2. It is impracticable and contrary to the public interest to comply with the specific notice, public rule making pro cedure, and effective date requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act Public Law 404,79th Coiig., 60 Stat. 237
in that the time intervening between the date when the conditions -necessitating the foregoing finding became apparent and March 1, 1947 is.insufficient to per mit compliance with such specific notice, public rule máking procedure, and effec tive date requirements, and in that any delay in the effective date of this action beyond March 1, 1947, will seriously jeopardize the orderly marketing of rpilk produced for the Greater Boston, Massa chusetts milk marketing area.
It is therefore ordered, That subdivi sions i, ii, and iii of 904.6 a 1
of the order and the entire table con tained in subdivision iv of said section, with the exception of the words Class I
Price dollars per cwt, and the figure or price 4.77, be and they hereby are suspended with respect to all milk sub ject to the provisions of the order during the month of March 1947.

C., 601 et seq., here inafter referred to as the act, and of the order, as amended, regulating the handling of milk in the Lowell-Lawrence, Massachusetts, milk marketing area, hereinafter referred to as the order, it is hereby found and determined that :
1. Subdivisions i, ii, and iii of 934.6 a 1 of the order and the entire table contained subdivision iv of said section, with the exception of the words Class I Price dollars per cwt. and the figure or price 5.21, do not tend to effectuate the declared policy of the act with respect to all milk subject to the provisions of the order during.the ijionth of March 1947, and 2.
