Approval has been given to the follow ing rules and regulations, effective pur suant to the applicable provisions of the marketing agreement, as amended, and Order No. 36, as amended 7 CFR, Cum.
Supp., 936.1 et seq., regulating the handling of fresh Bartlett pears, plums, and Elberta peaches grown in the State of California, and of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended 48 Stat. 31, 670, 675, 49 Stat.
750, 50 Stat. 246; 7 U. S. C. 601 et seq..
The respective rules and regulations were adopted by the Control Committee, the Bartlett Pear Commodity Committee, the Plum Commodity Committee, or the El berta Peach Commodity Committee es tablished under the aforesaid amended marketing agreement and order as the agencies to administer the terms and provisions thereof or prescribed by the Secretary of Agriculture, as the case may be.

936.101 Communications. Unless otherwise prescribed in 936.100 to 936.105, inclusive, and 936.109, or in the marketing agreement and order, or re quired by the Control Committee or a particular commodity committee, all re ports, applications, submittals, requests, and communications in connection with the marketing agreement and order shall be addressed as follows:
