Under the authority of the Trading with the Enemy Act, as amended, and Executive Order No. 9095, as amended, and pursuant to law, the undersigned, after investigation, finding:
1. That Junso Fujii, whose last known address is1Japan, is a resident of Japan and a national of a designated enemy country Japan;
2. That the property described as fol lows: That certain debt or other obliga tion owing to Junso Fujii, by Bishop Na tional Bank of Hawaii, Honolulu, T. H., m the amount of $606, as of July 10,1945, by Certificate of Deposit No.
343 issued by said bank, together with such Certificate of Deposit, and any and ah accruals thereto, and any and all
rights to demand, enforce and collect the same, is property within the United States owned or controlled by, payable or de liverable to, held on behalf of or on ac count of, or owing to, or which is evi dence of ownership or control by, the aforesaid national of a designated enemy country; .
And determining that to the extent that such national is a person not within a designated enemy country, the national interest of the United States requires that such person be. treated as a national of a designated enemy country Japan;
_ And having made all determinations andtaken all action required by law, in cluding appropriate consultation and cer tification, and deeming it necessary in the national interest, hereby vests in the Alien Property Cus todian the property described above, to bj held, used, administered, liquidated, sold or otherwise dealt with in the inter est and for the benefit of the United States.
Such property and any or all of the proceeds thereof shall be held in an ap propriate account or accounts, pending further determination of the Alien Prop erty Custodian. Finding that the property described as follows: All right, title, interest and claim, if any, of any name or nature whatsoever, of the Imperial Japanese Government in and to all indebtedness and obligations, contingent or otherwise and whether or not matured, .owing to it by the New York Agency of The Yoko hama Specie Bank, Ltd, in connection with the account represented on the books and records of said New York Agency of said The Yokohama Specie Bank, Ltd., and more particularly in the Temporary Receipts ledger of said New York Agency, as the Government Ac count, and any and all security right in and to any and all collateral for any or all such indebtedness and obligations, is property within the United States owned or controlled by, payable or de liverable to, held bn behalf of or on ac count of or owing to, or which is evi dence of ownership or control by, a des ignated enemy country Japan, and is property which Ts payable or deliverable to, or claimed by, a designated enemy country Japan which is in the process of administration by the Superintendent of Banks of the State of New York, act ing under the judicial supervision of the Supreme Court of the State of New .York, County of New York;
And having made all determination and taken all action required by law, including appropriate consultation and certification, and deeming it necessary in the national interest, hereby vests in the Alien Property Cus todian the property described in subparagraph 1 hereof, to be held, used, ad ministered, liquidated, sold or otherwise dealt with in the interest, and for the benefit of the United States.
