942.0 Findings and determina tions a> Findings upon the basis of the hearing record. Pursuant to Public Act No. 10, 73d Congress May 12, 1933, as amended and as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act o f 1937, as amended hereinafter referred to as the "act , and the rules of practice and procedure governing proceedings to formulate mar keting agreements and marketing orders 7 CFR, Cum. F.R. 11791, a public hearing was held March 6-7, 1946, inclusive, upon certain proposed amendments to the tentatively approved marketing agreement and to the order, as amended, regulating the handling of milk in the New Orleans, Louisiana, marketing area. It is hereby found upon the basis of the evidence in troduced at such hearing, in addition to the other findings made prior to or at the time of the original issuance o f said order and of each amendment thereto which findings are hereby ratified and affirmed, save only as such findings are in conflict with the findings hereinafter set forth, that:
