of April 10, 1940, as Amended
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 5 b of the Act of Octo ber 6, 1917 40 Stat. 411, as amended, and by virtue of all other authority vested in me, I, FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT, PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA, do hereby amend Ex ecutive Order No. 8389 of April 10, 1940,1
as amended, so as to extend all the pro visions thereof to, and with respect to, property in which Hungary or any na tional thereof has at any time on or since March 13, 1941, had any interest of any nature whatsoever, direct or indirect;
except that, in defining Hungary and national of Hungary the date March 13, 1941 shall be substituted for the dates appearing in the definitions of countries and nationals thereof.

Payments and grants of aid will be made for participation in the 1941 Agri cultural Conservation Program in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico hereinafter re ferred to as the 1941 program in ac cordance with the provisions of this bul letin and such modifications thereof as may hereafter be made.
