Postores para el REMATE EN SU PRIMERA ALMONEDA, que se efectuará en la fecha citada, sirviendo de base para éste, la cantidad mencionada en el numeral que antecede; que es la cantidad en el que fue valuado el mencionado bien mueble, siendo postura legal la que cubra las dos terceras partes de dicha cantidad, haciendo del conocimiento de la persona o personas que concurran como postores que deberán exhibir las dos terceras partes del monto del avalúo respectivo en cheque certificado o billete de depósito a cargo de NACIONAL FINANCIERA, SNC, así mismo deberán exhibir el 10% de la puja respectiva que debe presentar previamente por escrito a la celebración de la audiencia de remate respectiva, y anúnciese dicho remate en los estrados y boletín laboral de esta Junta, en el domicilio de la demandada, en la receptoría de rentas de esta Localidad y en los Tableros del Palacio Municipal de Ecatepec de Morelos, Estado de México.- DOY FE. ---------------------------------------------------------------
