Juan Vital Sourrouille Raúl Alconada Sempé despide con dolor a Juan, un excepcional ser humano, a quien admiré como economista y politico, y por sobre todo, por su compromiso ético en su constante acción para construir un país más justo e independiente. Acompaño con afecto a su familia y a José Ignacio, con quien formaron, junto con Raúl Alfonsín, Mario, Horacio y Dante, el mejor grupo humano que conocí. Dios ya lo tiene en la palma de su mano.
