CONSIDERANDO
I. Que la Administración Pública Municipal, se ha caracterizado por ser honesta y profesional, con la cual la gestión municipal alcanza su verdadera naturaleza de servicio público. El Municipio de Cuautlancingo, tiene que seguir siendo reconocido en la zona metropolitana de la capital del Estado de Puebla, como una zona económica, industrial y cultural muy importante.
