ACUERDO del Fiscal General del Estado, por el que abroga el similar A/02/2017 y delega la atribución de autorizar el no ejercicio de la acción penal, en términos del artículo 255 del Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, emitiendo nuevos lineamientos y procedimiento.
