DECRETO del Honorable Congreso del Estado, por el que determina que la C. Gema Guadalupe Ramírez Vázquez, Secretaria Ejecutiva del Comité Técnico del Fideicomiso Público PEC, administración 2010, no es administrativamente responsable de las irregularidades que se le imputaron, durante el periodo que se le auditó, comprendido del 3 de febrero al 31 de diciembre de 2010, aprobándose la Cuenta Pública del citado Organismo, por el periodo mencionado.
