DECRETO del Honorable Congreso del Estado, por el que determina que el C. José Alfredo Arango García, Secretario de Salud y Director General de los Servicios de Salud de la Secretaría de Salud Servicios de Salud del Estado de Puebla, administración 2005-2011, es administrativamente responsable por las irregularidades en que incurrió, durante el Ejercicio auditado comprendido del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2010, imponiéndole las sanciones que se especifican en el Resolutivo Segundo del presente Decreto.
