DECRETO NÚMERO 205
LA DIPUTACIÓN PERMANENTE DE LA
H. LIX LEGISLATURA DEL ESTADO DE MÉXICO
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO ÚNICO.- Se adiciona el numeral 4 al Artículo Primero del Decreto número 204, publicado en la Gaceta del Gobierno, el 25 de mayo de 2017, conforme el tenor siguiente:

4.- Iniciativa de Decreto sobre Programas de Desarrollo Social que por su naturaleza, objeto o fin no deberán suspenderse durante la elección ordinaria de Gobernador del Estado de México, y que Abroga al Decreto 197 emitido por la LIX
Legislatura sobre la misma materia, presentada por el Diputado Jacobo David Cheja Alfaro, en nombre del Grupo Parlamentario de Movimiento Ciudadano.

TRANSITORIOS
PRIMERO.- Publíquese el presente Decreto en el Periódico Oficial Gaceta del Gobierno.
SEGUNDO.- El presente Decreto entrará en vigor el día de su publicación en el Periódico Oficial Gaceta del Gobierno.
