LOS ARTÍCULOS 61 FRACCIÓN I DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA DEL ESTADO
LIBRE Y SOBERANO DE MÉXICO Y 38 FRACCIÓN IV DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA DEL
PODER LEGISLATIVO DEL ESTADO LIBRE Y SOBERANO DE MÉXICO, HA TENIDO A
BIEN EMITIR EL SIGUIENTE:
ACUERDO
ÚNICO.- SE EXHORTA RESPETUOSAMENTE A LOS TITULARES DEL EJECUTIVO
ESTATAL, DE LA SECRETARÍA DEL TRABAJO DEL ESTADO DE MÉXICO, DE LA
PROCURADURÍA DE LA DEFENSA DEL TRABAJO DEL ESTADO DE MÉXICO Y DE LA
SECRETARÍA DE SALUD DEL ESTADO DE MÉXICO PARA QUE, EN EL ÁMBITO DE SUS
RESPECTIVAS ATRIBUCIONES Y COMPETENCIAS Y DE FORMA COORDINADA
SUPERVISEN, VERIFIQUEN, PROMUEVAN Y EN SU CASO ESTABLEZCAN LOS
MECANISMOS NECESARIOS PARA QUE, LOS CENTROS LABORALES PÚBLICOS Y
PRIVADOS CUENTEN CON SALAS DE LACTANCIA PARA GARANTIZAR QUE LAS
MUJERES TRABAJADORAS AMAMANTEN O EXTRAIGAN Y CONSERVEN
ADECUADAMENTE SU LECHE DURANTE EL HORARIO DE TRABAJO, EN BENEFICIO
DEL INTERÉS SUPERIOR DE LA NIÑEZ MEXIQUENSE.
TRANSITORIOS
PRIMERO.- Publíquese el presente Acuerdo en el Periódico Oficial Gaceta del Gobierno.
SEGUNDO.- Comuníquese a las autoridades correspondientes.
TERCERO.- El presente Acuerdo entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Periódico Oficial Gaceta del Gobierno.
Dado en el Palacio del Poder Legislativo, en la ciudad de Toluca de Lerdo, Capital del Estado de México, a los veintinueve días del mes de noviembre del dos mil veintidós.
