DECRETO NÚMERO 235.- POR EL QUE SE REFORMA EL PÁRRAFO TRIGÉSIMO SÉPTIMO DEL ARTÍCULO 5 DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN
POLÍTICA DEL ESTADO LIBRE Y SOBERANO DE MÉXICO.

Al margen Escudo del Estado de México y un logotipo que dice: Estado de México El poder de servir!, y una leyenda que dice: GUBERNATURA, Oficina de la Gobernadora.
DELFINA GÓMEZ ÁLVAREZ, Gobernadora Constitucional del Estado Libre y Soberano de México, a sus habitantes sabed:
Que la Legislatura del Estado, ha tenido a bien aprobar lo siguiente:
La H. LXI Legislatura del Estado de México decreta:
DECRETO NÚMERO 235
LA DIPUTACIÓN PERMANENTE DE LA H. LXI LEGISLATURA DEL ESTADO DE MÉXICO, EN USO DE LAS
FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE EL ARTÍCULO 148 DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA DEL ESTADO LIBRE Y
SOBERANO DE MÉXICO, EN TÉRMINOS DEL ARTÍCULO 93 DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA DEL PODER LEGISLATIVO
DEL ESTADO LIBRE Y SOBERANO DE MÉXICO, DECLARA APROBADA LA REFORMA DEL PÁRRAFO
TRIGÉSIMO SÉPTIMO DEL ARTÍCULO 5 DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA DEL ESTADO LIBRE Y SOBERANO
DE MÉXICO.
ARTÍCULO ÚNICO.- Se reforma el párrafo trigésimo séptimo del artículo 5 de la Constitución Política del Estado Libre y Soberano de México, para quedar como sigue:
