LA H. LX LEGISLATURA EN EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIEREN
LOS ARTÍCULOS 57 DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA DEL ESTADO LIBRE Y SOBERANO
DE MÉXICO Y 38 FRACCIÓN IV DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA DEL PODER LEGISLATIVO DEL
ESTADO LIBRE Y SOBERANO DE MÉXICO, HA TENIDO A BIEN EMITIR EL SIGUIENTE:
ACUERDO
ARTÍCULO ÚNICO.- La H. LX Legislatura actualiza la integración de comisiones y comités con base en la proporcionalidad de conformación y con fundamento en los artículos 60, 62 fracción I, 68, 69, 70, 71, 76 y demás relativos y aplicables de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Legislativo del Estado Libre y Soberano de México y 13, 26, 27 y demás relativos y aplicables del Reglamento del Poder Legislativo del Estado Libre y Soberano de México, se integran las Comisiones Legislativas y los Comités Permanentes de la H. LX Legislatura, conforme al tenor siguiente:
