ARTÍCULO 52.- En la detención de vehículos y remisión de los mismos al corralón, por violaciones a la Ley o a este Reglamento, se elaborará un inventario de estos que será firmado por el infractor y el responsable del resguardo; en caso de que el infractor se negare a firmar se asentará de dicha negativa sin que ello afecte su validez.
CAPITULO II
MEDIOS DE IMPUGNACIÓN
ARTÍCULO 53.- Los actos derivados de la aplicación del presente reglamento podrán ser recurridos conforme a la Ley del procedimiento administrativo del Estado de Tlaxcala y sus municipios.
