Presentación y en su caso aprobación de la Modificación al Presupuesto del ejercicio fiscal 2011, el Lic.
Horacio Fabián Palafox Palafox, Secretario de Ayuntamiento concedió el uso de la palabra al C.P. Rubén Mendieta Muñoz, Director de Egresos, y dijo: Con el permiso del Honorable Cabildo solicitamos la aprobación a la Modificación al Presupuesto, a partir de los ingresos que se percibieron durante el ejercicio fiscal de 2011.
