APROBÓ POR UNANIMIDAD DE TRECE
VOTOS LA RESOLUCIÓN DEFINITIVA, DICTADA EN EL EXPEDIENTE NÚMERO
22/2010, FORMADO CON MOTIVO DE LA

LEGISLATIVA promovida por el Licenciado FELIPE SÁNCHEZ CASTILLO en contra del PODER LEGISLATIVO DEL ESTADO DE
TLAXCALA; y: R E S U L T A N D O:

PRIMERO.- Se ha tramitado legalmente la ACCIÓN
CONTRA
LA
OMISIÓN
LEGISLATIVA promovida por el Licenciado FELIPE SÁNCHEZ CASTILLO en contra del HONORABLE CONGRESO DEL ESTADO
DE
TLAXCALA.
SEGUNDO.SE
CONCEDE AL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO
DE TLAXCALA el término de tres meses para que realice las reformas correspondientes a la legislación penal, únicamente respecto a la figura del enriquecimiento ilícito. TERCERO.- Una vez que cause ejecutoria esta resolución, publíquese un extracto de la misma en el Periódico Oficial del Gobierno del Estado, así como en el periódico de mayor circulación en el Estado de Tlaxcala. NOTIFÍQUESE. Así, en Sesión Extraordinaria del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado, constituido como cuerpo Colegiado de Control Constitucional, celebrada el ocho de agosto de dos mil once; . lo resolvieron los Magistrados, JOSÉ AMADO
