- CUANDO EL INFRACTOR TRANSGREDA DISTINTAS SANCIONES DE LA PRESENTE TABLA, CON UNA O CON DIVERSAS ACCIONES, PODRÁN ACUMULARSE LAS SANCIONES
APLICABLES, SIN QUE ELLO EXCEDA AL EQUIVALENTE DE 45 DÍAS DE SALARIO MÍNIMO
REGIONAL.
LA PRESENTE TABLA ES ÚNICAMENTE ENUNCIATIVA, POR LO QUE PODRÁN
APLICARSE SANCIONES ANÁLOGAS Y SIMILARES A LAS EXPUESTAS.
Dado en el Salón de Cabildos del Honorable Ayuntamiento de Huamantla, Tlaxcala, a los 18 días del mes de Enero del año dos mil once, se declara aprobado el presente Reglamento de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal, del Municipio de Huamantla, firmando para constancia todos los integrantes del Cabildo ante el Secretario del H.
