vota a favor, LUIS RAZO RODRÍGUEZ, Tercer Regidor; vota a favor, FORTINO RODRÍGUEZ DÍAZ, Cuarto Regidor; vota a favor, IMELDA GUZMÁN VÁZQUEZ, Quinto Regidor vota a favor.
ACUERDO: SE APRUEBA y SE AUTORIZA EL PRESUPUESTO DE EGRESOS, PRONÓSTICO DE INGRESOS, ORGANIGRAMA, PLANTILLA DE PERSONAL, TABULADOR DE PERCEPCIONES MUNICIPAL, PARA EL EJERCICIO FISCAL 2020.
Una vez aprobado dicho presupuesto se ordena mandar a publicar en el periódico oficial del estado de Tlaxcala, como lo marca la ley Municipal en sus artículos 37 y 53.
PUNTO NÚMERO TRES. Asuntos generales. El secretario del Ayuntamiento en uso de la voz manifiesta a los presentes si hay algún otro punto a tratar dentro de los Asuntos Generales, manifestando los presentes que no hay otro asunto que tratar.
No habiendo otro asunto que tratar y una vez agotado y desahogado el orden del día propuesto y siendo las trece horas del día quince de enero del año dos mil veinte, se declara concluida la Sesión Ordinaria de Cabildo del Ayuntamiento de Lázaro Cárdenas, Tlaxcala, Firmando al margen derecho y sobre su nombre los integrantes de este Ayuntamiento, ante el secretario del Ayuntamiento, el cual certifica y da Fe.

Por lo que el Presidente Municipal después de dar a conocer el segundo punto del orden del día, instruye al C. Amado Rodríguez Cervantes, Secretario del Ayuntamiento, pida a todos los integrantes del cabildo manifiesten su votación.
