TRANSITORIOS
PRIMERO. Las presentes reglas entrarán en vigor el día siguiente al de su aprobación por el Consejo Directivo del Instituto Tlaxcalteca para Personas con Discapacidad ITPCD y de su publicación en el Periódico Oficial del Gobierno del Estado.
SEGUNDO. Los casos no previstos y dudas que se presenten en la interpretación de estas Reglas de Operación serán resueltos por la Dirección General del Instituto Tlaxcalteca para Personas con Discapacidad.
