Estimando justificado lo anterior, he tenido a bien dictar el siguiente:
A C U E R D O.
PRIMERO.- Se declara procedente y se determina la creación de una nueva Notaría Pública en el Noveno Distrito Judicial del Estado, con cabecera en Xicoténcatl, Tamaulipas, a la que se le asignará el número 283.
SEGUNDO.- Notifiquese el presente Acuerdo a los Ciudadanos Director del Registro Público de la Propiedad y del Comercio y al del Archivo General de Notarías, debiendo publicarse en el Periódico Oficial del Estado, para que surta los efectos legales correspondientes.
Dado en la residencia del Poder Ejecutivo, en Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, a los once días del mes de Enero de mil novecientos noventa y nueve.
