bien

Expedir
el
Estado
Siguiente
Mexicanos.-Gobierno
de
LA QUINCUAGÉSIMA SEXTA LEGISLATURA DEL CONGRESO CONSTITUCIONAL DEL
ESTADO LIBRE Y SOBERANO DE TAMAULIPAS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUELE
CONFIERE EL ARTÍCULO 58 FRACCIONES I Y XI DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA
LOCAL, TIENE A BIEN EXPEDIR EL SIGUIENTE:
DECRETO Nº 409
ARTICULO
PRIMERO.-Se autoriza al R.
Ayuntamiento de San Fernando, Tamaulipas, e enajenar 1922 lotes de su propiedad, ubicados en diversas colonias populares de esa cabecera municipal.

SEGUNDO.Los Predios serán poseedores, mismos que se relacionan como sigue:
