EL ESTADO DE SINALOA 3
PODER LEGISLATIVO ESTATAL
El H. Congreso del Estado Libre y Soberano de Sinaloa, representado por su Sexagésima Cuarta Legislatura, ha tenido a bien expedir el siguiente,
ACUERDO NÚMERO: 66
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. Con fundamento en los artículos 117 y 118
de la Ley de Atención y Protección a Víctimas del Estado de Sinaloa, se elige a la ciudadana MTRA. GLORIA ARMIDA
URIARTE URIARTE, Comisionada Estatal de la Comisión Estatal de Atención Integral a Víctimas, para un periodo de cinco años, sin posibilidad de reelección.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. Notifíquese personalmente el presente Acuerdo al titular del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado y demás autoridades competentes.
TRANSITORIOS
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. El presente Acuerdo entrará en vigor a partir de esta misma fecha.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. Publíquese en el Periódico Oficial "El Estado de Sinaloa".
