SEXTO.- L a Institucih Educativa denominada UNIVERSIDAD DE MONTEMORELOS, debera otorgar betas a alumnos de escasos recursos econ6micos que demuestren su inter& por el estudio y especial dedicacih, en la inteligencia de que el ntimero de betas nunca serti menor del 10% diez por ciento del alumnado.
