SEGUNDO.- Por lo tanto, de conformidad con el articulo 114, Segundo parrafo de la Ley de Education del Estado, se faculta a la Institution Educativa denominada UNIVERSIDAD DE MONTEMORELOS, para otorgar certificados, diplomas, titulos profesionales y grados academicos en 10s estudios de Education Superior, que mediante esta resolution se aprueba, pudiendo realizar todas las actividades administrativas y academicas necesarias para la imparticion de dichos estudios.
TERCERO.La Institution Educativa denominada UNIVERSIDAD DE MONTEMORELOS, exigira para el ingreso a 10s estudios que mediante esta resolution se le autoriza impartir, las constancias que la Ley setiala para esos cases, las cuales deberan contar con todos 10s requisitos legales.
CUARTO.La Institution Educativa denominada UNIVERSIDAD DE MONTEMORELOS, cuando pretenda la modification al plan y programa de estudios, la creation de nuevos estudios a nivel medio superior o superior, reformas a 10s ya existentes, la apertura de nuevos planteles educativos, cambio de domicilio y/o demas modificaciones a su situation legal, debera solicitar la aprobacion correspondiente, a traves de una resolution administrativa del Ejecutivo del Estado, y demas autoridades competentes
