EMITIDA POR EL PLENO DE LA SUPREMA CORTE DE JUSTICIA DE LA NACIÓN, EN LA
CONTROVERSIA CONSTITUCIONAL 121/2012, MEDIANTE EL CUAL DETERMINÓ LOS
LÍMITES TERRITORIALES ENTRE LOS ESTADOS DE OAXACA Y CHIAPAS, PRESENTADA
POR LAS DIPUTADAS Y DIPUTADOS COORDINADORES DE LOS GRUPOS
PARLAMENTARIOS E INTEGRANTES DE LA JUNTA DE COORDINACIÓN POLÍTICA DE ESTA
SEXAGÉSIMA OCTAVA LEGISLATURA.
Por las anteriores consideraciones y fundamentos expuestos, la Comisión Permanente de la Sexagésima Octava Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, expide el siguiente:
Decreto
Artículo Único.- Se convoca a las Diputadas y Diputados integrantes de esta Sexagésima Octava Legislatura del Congreso del Estado Libre y Soberano de Chiapas, al Segundo Periodo Extraordinario de Sesiones, correspondiente al Primer Receso, del Primer Año de Ejercicio Constitucional, a celebrarse el próximo Lunes 21 de Febrero del año en curso, a las 10:00 horas, en el Recinto Oficial de esta Legislatura, con el objeto de dar trámite legislativo a los siguientes asuntos:
LECTURA, DISCUSIÓN Y VOTACIÓN DEL DICTAMEN QUE PRESENTA LA COMISIÓN DE
TRANSPARENCIA E INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, MEDIANTE EL CUAL REALIZA PROPUESTA
PARA DESIGNAR A DOS COMISIONADOS O COMISIONADAS DEL INSTITUTO DE
TRANSPARENCIA, ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN Y PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES
DEL ESTADO DE CHIAPAS.
