The next Audit & Finance Committee Meeting of the New York City Housing Authority, is scheduled, for Monday, April 17, 2023, at 10:00
A.M., in the Ceremonial Room, on the 5th Floor of 90 Church Street, New York, NY. Copies of the Agenda will be available on NYCHAs Website, or may be picked up at the Department of Internal Audit and Assessment, at 90 Church Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY, no earlier than twenty-four 24 hours before the upcoming Audit & Finance Committee Meeting. Copies of the draft Minutes are available on this web page or can be picked up at the Department of Internal Audit and Assessment no earlier than 3:00 P.M., on Thursday, two weeks after the Audit & Finance Committee Meeting.
Any changes to the schedule will be posted here, and on NYCHAs website, at https www1.nyc.gov/site/nycha/about/audit-committeemeetings.page, to the extent practicable at a reasonable time before the meeting.

HOUSING PRESERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT
PUBLIC HEARINGS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on April 26, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. The Public Hearing will be held via Conference
Pursuant to Section 6952b of the General Municipal Law and Section 18026j of the Charter, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development HPD of the City of New York City, has proposed the disposition of an easement over the following City-Owned property Easement Area in the Borough of Brooklyn:
Block/Lot 4452/ p/o 170
In order to provide vehicular access to an adjacent affordable housing development, the City will convey an easement over the Easement Area to Nehemiah Spring Creek IV Mixed Income Housing Development Fund Company Inc. Sponsor, for the nominal price of one dollar. The easement will benefit 11 eight-unit buildings developed on Block 4452 Lots 280-290, as part of Phase 4B-1 of the Gateway Nehemiah Program Buildings. The Easement Area, located adjacent to the buildings, will be utilized as a shared driveway and will allow tenants of the buildings to access parking spaces located toward the rear of the Buildings.

LANDMARKS PRESERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the provisions of Title 25, Chapter 3 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York Sections 25-303, 25-307, 25-308, 25-309, 25-313, 25-318, 25-320 on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 9:30 A.M., the Landmarks Preservation Commission LPC or agency, will hold a public hearing by teleconference with respect to the properties list below, and then followed by a public meeting.
The final order and estimated times for each application will be posted on the Landmarks Preservation Commission website the Friday before the hearing. Please note that the order and estimated times are subject to change. The teleconference will be by the Zoom app and will be live streamed on the LPCs YouTube channel www.youtube.com/nyclpc.
Members of the public should observe the meeting on the YouTube channel and may testify on particular matters by joining the meeting using either the Zoom app or by calling in from any phone. Specific instructions on how to observe and testify, including the meeting ID
and password, and the call-in number, will be posted on the agencys website, under the Hearings tab https www1.nyc.gov/site/lpc/
hearings/hearings.page, on the Monday before the public hearing.
