PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in accordance with Section 201-204
inclusive of the New York State Eminent Domain Procedure Law EDPL, a public hearing, will be held by the City of New York acting by and through its Department of Design and Construction, in connection with the acquisition of properties for roadway improvements in Pratt Avenue Capital Project HWXPRATT in the Borough of Bronx the Project.

The scope of this Capital Project, within the acquisition area defined herein, will include reconstruction of the roadway.
