NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 201 of the New York City Charter, the Brooklyn Borough President will hold an ULURP hearing on the matters below in person, at 6:00 P.M., on Monday, December 5, 2022, in the Borough Hall Courtroom. The meeting will be recorded for public transparency.

58 Nixon Court Rezoning 210170 ZMK, 210171 ZRK
An application by SLG Assets, Inc., pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201
of the New York City Charter affecting five lots between Murdock Court and Shore Parkway within the Special Ocean Parkway District OP. The applicant seeks a zoning map amendment to change the project area from R5 to R7X/C2-4, and a zoning text amendment to establish a coterminous Mandatory Inclusionary Housing MIH area.
These actions would enable a 9-story building with 21 units approximately 5 affordable, pursuant to MIH Option 1 and 706
square feet sf of commercial space on a triangular corner site on the south side of Nixon Court. The development would provide 8 accessory parking spaces on the ground floor, and a 30-foot front yard to comply with OP regulations.
