NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 201 of the New York City Charter, the Brooklyn Borough President will hold a remote ULURP public hearing on the following matters, commencing at 7:00 P.M., on Wednesday, January 19, 2022.

Applications submitted by the Mutual Housing Association of New York MHANY and Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation CHLDC, pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter, for the following land use actions: a zoning map amendment to change an area of 30,440 square-foot sq. ft. consisting of the northern frontage of Fulton Street between Euclid Avenue and Pine Street from R5/C2-3 to R7A/C2-4/EC-6, and a text amendment to establish a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing MIH area coterminous with the same. Applications submitted by Omni Enterprises, LLC pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter, for the following land use actions: a zoning map amendment to change the south side of Avenue P from the mid-block east of Coney Island Avenue to East 13th streets from R5B to R7A, and a zoning text amendment to establish an MIH area coterminous with the proposed rezoning area. The requested actions would facilitate a four-story, 14,880 sq. ft. enlargement to the Levit Medical Center, located at 1220 Avenue P in Brooklyn Community District 15 CD 15.
