The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services DCAS, on behalf of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development HPD, proposes the acquisition of the Properties in order to facilitate the New York City Build it Back Acquisition, Buyout, and Resettlement Incentives Program Program.
The Program is administered by HPD with federal funds from HUD
Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery CDBG-DR, and involves the acquisition of the Properties for the purposes of creating open space and managing the redevelopment of resilient housing.
