In light of the Governors announcement on June 24, 2021 of the end of the State-declared state of emergency, and in support of the Citys continued efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, the City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing accessible both in person and remotely.

The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, starting at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time. The public hearing will be held in person in the NYC City Planning Commission Hearing Room, Lower Concourse, 120 Broadway, New York, NY. Masks are required to be worn to enter the building and during the hearing.
The meeting will be live streamed through Department of City Plannings DCPs website and accessible from the following webpage, which contains specific instructions on how to observe and participate remotely via the teleconferencing application Zoom, as well asmaterials relating to the meeting: https www1.nyc.gov/site/

Members of the public attending remotely should observe the meeting through DCPs website. Verbal testimony can be provided remotely by joining the meeting using either Zoom or by calling the following number and entering the information listed below:

Written comments will also be accepted until 11:59 P.M., one week before the date of vote. Please use the CPC Comments form that is accessible through the above webpage.
