CITYWIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

IN THE MATTER OF a lease extension for the City of New York as Tenant of the entire 12th through 23rd floors, located at 33 Beaver Street Block 24, Lot 1, in the Borough of Manhattan for the New York City Department of Homeless Services, the Taxi and Limousine Commission and the Department of Probation, to use as office space, or for such other use as the Commissioner of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services may determine.
The proposed lease extension shall be for a period of five 5 years from the execution date the Commencement Date, at an annual rent of $14,602,476.30 for the first year, $14,915,498.30 for the following year, $15,228,520.30 for the following year, 15,541,542.30 for the following year and $15,854,564.30 for the last year, payable in equal monthly installments, at the end of each month.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Landlord shall, at its sole cost and expense, make alterations and improvements in accordance with specifications which are, attached, to the lease extension.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REAL PROPERTY
ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS PUBLIC HEARING, in accordance with Section 824 of the New York City Charter, will be held, on April 28, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. via Conference Call No. 1-646-9922010, Access Code 717 876 299.
