Speaking time will be limited to three minutes. Speakers will provide comment in the order in which the requests to comment are received.
The public comment period will conclude upon all speakers being heard or at the expiration of 30 minutes allotted for public comment, whichever occurs first.
Copies of the Calendar will be available on NYCHAs Website, no earlier than 24 hours before the upcoming Board Meeting. Copies of the Minutes will also be available on NYCHAs Website no earlier than 3:00 P.M. on the Thursday following the Board Meeting.

The final order and estimated times for each application will be posted on the Landmarks Preservation Commission website, the Friday before the hearing.
