The Department welcomes responses to this RFI from a variety of fields and backgrounds, including from persons and organizations that do not expect to respond to an RFP. Although the NYPD will be reviewing a full range of options to address mental health services, this RFI is soliciting perspectives on how to improve and expand upon an existing program providing various clinical services.
