NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Section 201 of the New York City Charter, the Brooklyn Borough President, will hold a remote public hearing, on the following matters, commencing at 6:00 P.M.
on Monday, January 25, 2021.

An application, submitted by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development HPD, pursuant to Article 16
of the General Municipal Law of New York State, to designate three scattered sites, 306 Pennsylvania Avenue, 392 Wyona Street, and 467
Vermont Street/426 Wyona Street, as an Urban Development Action Area ADAA and an Urban Action Development Area Project UDAAP, and the disposition of these properties to a developer selected by HPD. These actions are requested to facilitate three new buildings, with a total of 46 affordable rental units, in Brooklyn Community District 5 CD 5.
