An application submitted by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development HPD, pursuant to Article 16 of the General Municipal Law of New York State, to designate three scattered sites, 306 Pennsylvania Avenue, 392 Wyona Street, and 467 Vermont Street/426 Wyona Street, as an Urban Development Action Area and an Urban Action Development Area Project UDAAP, and the disposition of these properties to a developer selected by HPD.
